Likely legitimate-looking site: ScamAdviser reports the domain as legit and safe for consumers to access and notes a valid SSL certificate.

Possible physical presence: The site lists a Miami address on its collections page, which can be a positive trust signal.

Luxury fragrance positioning: The brand claims ethically sourced, phthalate/paraben-free, cruelty-free, and IFRA-compliant fragrances.

Some positive customer feedback: Reviews on the brand’s review page praise the packaging, unboxing, and overall fragrance experience.

No refunds: The FAQ says no refunds are offered if you do not like the product.

Limited independent review evidence: ScamAdviser notes there are no reviews left for donnatellaperfumes.com on its platform, so outside verification is thin.

Mixed trust signals in community discussions: Reddit discussions about similarly named perfume sites mention odd website behavior and very low prices, which can be a concern for authenticity and consistency.

Low-responsiveness risk is unknown: The available search results do not provide strong third-party evidence on customer service quality for this specific site, so post-purchase support is hard to judge from the results alone.
